The festival has taken the following measures to encourage a minority that is all too often invisible – people with disabilities – and to ensure the widest possible mix of audiences:
All venues accessible to people with reduced mobility
– A large number of accompanying volunteers
– A free adapted shuttle service
– Rehearsals and meetings with artists reserved for people with reduced mobility and their families, in particular people with cognitive disabilities
– Live broadcasts of concerts to people who are totally unable to travel (hospitals, centres for people with disabilities, EHPAD, etc.)
– Solidarity ticketing for people with disabilities, with a minimum of 20% of seats offered.

Free admission for people with disabilities (PSH) and their companions, if their situation so requires. Proof of disability (AAH, disability card) may be requested at the ticket office.
PRMs must reserve a “wheelchair seat”.
This year, seats will be numbered and guaranteed until 15 minutes before the performance.
Vacant seats may be sold at the last minute at the box office.
